We currently ship to:

📍 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – All major cities and regions

Note: We do not offer international shipping outside the UAE and KSA at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

🇴🇲 UAE Orders:
🚚 Estimated Delivery: 2–5 working days

🇸🇦 KSA Orders:
🚚 Estimated Delivery: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, courier load, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

📦 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, quantity, and delivery location.

✅ Free Shipping may be available on select products or during promotions, as mentioned on our website or social media.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and UAE/KSA public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp, email, or SMS (if available).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

💵 Cash on Delivery is available in both UAE and KSA.

To avoid delays, please ensure that your address and contact details are complete and accurate.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, the following may cause delays:
