Return & Refund Policy – The Shop Flex

At The Shop Flex, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver quality Health & Beauty, Watches, and Tech & Appliances products with care and precision. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

✅ The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
✅ You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

❌ We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Courier or customs-related delays

  • Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

  2. Provide the Order Number, clear photos or a short video of the item, and a brief explanation

  3. Wait for approval from our support team before returning the item

⚠️ Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are made through the original payment method or store credit

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (not in physical cash)


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened skincare, beauty, or personal care products

  • Perfumes that have been opened or sprayed

  • Customized, clearance, or special-order items

  • Electronics or watches with broken seals or post-delivery damage


5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, only if it hasn't been processed or shipped yet.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), The Shop Flex will cover return shipping

  • In all other approved cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
